I have used Intermittent Fasting, Monday to Friday, for the last few years or so, and have personally noticed the following benefits:

6. NO loss in muscle mass.
7. Improved clarity of thought and consistent mood.
8. Improved recovery from weight training.
9. Less time in the kitchen preparing meals.
10. Convenience!!!
BUT, you MUST still pay attention to addressing your macronutrient intake during your chosen feeding window.
